3 =1 n s DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TRAFFIC
SAFETY FUNDS GRANT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
s < SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 8 , 2005, for Traffic Safety Funds
o J :rant in the amount of $40, 000 . 00, in conjunction with
installation of traffic signals at the intersection of Olympic
N -Drive and Ansborough Avenue at an estimated cost of $78, 000 . 00,
`� : by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
71 Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
