RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
GOVERNOR' S TRAFFIC SAFETY BUREAU FOR ALCOHOL
INCENTIVE GRANT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
r -- SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

a = BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
N that -:the Agreement dated August 8, 2005, for Alcohol Incentive
