7777 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o hat the 28E Agreement dated August 8, 2005, in conjunction with
sproviding and funding tobacco enforcement activities, by and
= between Iowa Alcoholic Beverages, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
fie and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
