s j J RESOLUTION APPROVING SPORTS FACILITY RENTAL
-- POLICY AND RATES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
o 4 OWA, that the following Sports Facility Rental Policy and Rates
" _in the City of Waterloo, be and the same are hereby approved:
Baseball/Softball Diamonds
Hourly fee
$ 5 . 00 per hour per diamond
Daily fee $30 . 00 per day per diamond
Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) fee $50 . 00 per diamond
Byrnes Tennis Center
Flat rate of $75 . 00 per day
Groups wishing to ask for a waiver to this policy must put
heir request in writing to the Leisure Services Commission.
_Groups wishing to sell their own concessions at the
baseball/softball diamonds must put their request in writing to
the Leisure Services Commission. The Leisure Services Commission
will consider these types of request at their next scheduled board
meeting. Please allow at least one month of prior notification to
allow the Leisure Services Commission enough time to act on
requests . Groups are not allowed to sell their own concessions at
the Byrnes Tennis Center.
Request for basketball courts and the skate park will be
handled on an as requested basis .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
