j ¢ r s COST, ETC. , FOR RIDGEWAY TOWERS/BOILER
INSTALLATION PROJECT.

c ? WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Waterloo
ry NI-lousing Authority Director, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
f-,: 7 etc. , for the construction of the Ridgeway Towers/Boiler
sInstallation Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified
in the specifications, and
v -- WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Authority Director has filed
:said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
H estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
_Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
:- - and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
v hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 2005 .
