0 RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF STEVE DAVIS
FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
NO. 3094 .

WHEREAS, Steve Davis, 300 Sheridan Road, is having a wedding
c -reception to be held in the backyard, including a dance and DJ,

WHEREAS, said wedding reception will exceed the limits of the
" ' Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
• WHEREAS, said Steve Davis has made formal application for a
variance effective August 27, 2005 from 5: 30 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Steve Davis, 300 Sheridan Road,
for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance be and the
same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005 .
