COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2006

ro a; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
' 2h r`etofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
__proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
2006 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 5, in the City
:-of_Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 691, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
,vs eeifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 Sidewalk
-Repair Assessment Program - Zone 5, known as Contract No. 691,
_w i,ch were preliminarily approved on July 25, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
_i5,= 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'".WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F. Y. 2006 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program - Zone 5, known as Contract No. 691, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005.
