BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
TWO AUTOMATED GARBAGE TRUCKS FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT

,-„ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
L n-eretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bidding
`- d-ocument, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two
;Automated Garbage Trucks for Waste Management Services, in the
Cif of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services did
fie said preliminary specifications, bidding document, form of
-- &9rtract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two Automated Garbage Trucks
eft r Waste Management Services, which were preliminarily approved
ontJuly 18, 2005, and

- WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
15,- 2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bidding
document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two
Automated Garbage Trucks for Waste Management Services, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005 .
