RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
s ^ _ PURCHASE OF TWO AUTOMATED GARBAGE TRUCKS FOR
s =- WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES .

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-746, specifications, bidding
c document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two
Automated Garbage Trucks for Waste Management Services, in the
7tcCity of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
--WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
his so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
7.71 approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005 .
