c J D BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Dolan Excavating, LLC of Manchester, Iowa, in
the amount of $432, 318 . 50, for the construction of the F. Y. 2005
cWWinn Street Extension, Contract No. 692, described in the plans
end specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by law,
bb and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received
s for said work.

The Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are hereby directed to
execute contract with the said contractor for the construction of
= said improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City
__' until approved by this Council .
