c - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

=- That the bid of Aspro, Inc. and Subsidiaries of Waterloo,
- f a, in the amount of $149, 578 . 00, for the construction of the
-' ' 2-00.5 Byrnes Tennis Complex Renovation Project, described in the
= ians and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
J aid project, after public hearing on published notice required by
Ta be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
_eceived for said work.
The Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are hereby directed to
- execute contract with the said contractor for the construction of
sad improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City
