NIELSEN BUILDING SYSTEM OF RACINE, WISCONSIN,
FOR LIVE FIRE TRAINING STRUCTURE/FIRE RESCUE

$271, 849. 00 .

s L; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

s That the bid of Nielsen Building System of Racine, Wisconsin,
`' *11=the amount of $271, 849 . 00, for the construction of the Live
Fie Training Structure/Fire Rescue Training Center, described in
the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
said project, after public hearing on published notice
:Ii= required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
- l-0west bid received for said work.
< The Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are hereby directed to
7: ex:ecute contract with the said contractor for the construction of
sa:id improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City
until approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005 .
