WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL APRON

c _s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
u In:: the amount of $1, 169, 443. 00, for the construction of the
`^' - .Waterloo Regional Airport Terminal Apron Rehabilitation, described
-in--the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
for said project, after public hearing on published notice
` equired by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are hereby directed to
execute contract with the said contractor for the construction of
- said improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City
}; 1ritil approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005 .
