r� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

s ` That the bid of D & N Fence Company, Inc. of Cedar Rapids,
ti Iowa, in the amount of $915, 896. 50, for the construction of the
- - _Waterloo Regional Airport Wildlife Fencing, described in the plans
End specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by law,
44e and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received
or said work.

The Mayor Pro Tern and City Clerk are hereby directed to
execute contract with the said contractor for the construction of
n - said improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City
¢ until approved by this Council.
