RESOLUTION NO. 2005-755 RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF CEDAR VALLEY RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT TO REZONE FROM "R-3" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "R-3, R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE 900 BLOCK OF LAFAYETTE STREET, AS SEPTEMBER 6, 2005, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
