-'-:---;' Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 6th day of September, 2005, for the
,�p1.1rPos.e of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
�portiooti of an ingress/egress easement generally located east of
Q 224O University Avenue, and legally described as follows :

s v =` part of Lot 3, Minard' s University Avenue Addition,
J v v Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Minard' s
University Avenue Addition; thence South 90°00' 00" West
along the Southerly line of said Lot 1 and the
Northerly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 18 . 18 feet;
thence South 32 °24' 19" West a distance of 62 . 41 feet;
thence South 00°00' 00" East a distance of 7 . 31 feet;
thence North 40°42' 43" East a distance of 79. 16 feet to
the point of beginning.
The South line of said Lot 1 is assumed to bear South
90°00' 00" West, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
