tH. WITH POLICEREPORTS US, LLC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

c — - that the Three-Year Agreement dated August 15, 2005, in
conjunction with providing Waterloo Police Department reports
online, by and between PoliceReports US, LLC of Mooresville, North
Carolina, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
- _ hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
< same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005.
