RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. AND DIRECTING
-
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 15, 2005, to assist in the
preparation of required Section 108 documents on an hourly basis
got to exceed $20, 000 . 00, in conjunction with the Cedar Valley
r ^ Riverfront Renaissance Project and the Rath Redevelopment Area, by
`` a-nd between Development Solutions, Inc. of Annapolis, Maryland,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005.
