J RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL
s ¢ AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AND DIRECTING
s EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-.. that the Agreement dated August 15, 2005, for a grant in the
N amount of $972, 701 . 00, in conjunction with funding 95 percent of
E the Waterloo Regional Airport Wildlife Fencing Project, by and
u - between Federal Aviation Administration, and the City of Waterloo,
- Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
reauthorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
v PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2005.
