WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
- §IRerintendent of Waste Management Services, to prepare and file cifications, bidding document, form of contract, etc. , for the
, Ptirchase of Sewer Maintenance Flusher Truck for Waste Management
, Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
- specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
fi=lTed said specifications, bidding document, form of contract,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bidding document, form
of contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
