Txs RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF REMAX HOME
GROUP FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
s ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
, WHEREAS, REMAX Home Group is requesting a variance to the
Noise Ordinance on August 27, 2005 from 4 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00 p.m. in
= conjunction with a Client Appreciation Picnic to be held at Byrnes
QPark, including games, tethered balloon rides, horse drawn hay
00 rides and the UNI four-piece Jazz Band, and

WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said REMAX Home Group has made formal application
- for a variance effective August 27, 2005 from 4 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00
p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of REMAX Home Group for a variance
to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on August 27, 2005 from
` 4 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00 p.m. in conjunction with a Client Appreciation
Picnic to be held at Byrnes Park, including games, tethered
-_ balloon rides, horse drawn hay rides and the UNI four-piece Jazz
Band, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2005.
