RESOLUTION NO. 2005-782
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF BREATH OF LIFE
CHURCH FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Breath of Life Church is requesting a variance to
+he Noise Ordinance on August 28, 2005 from 4 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00 p.m.
in conjunction with a Christian band performing in Lafayette Park,
located at the corner of Lafayette and 18th Streets, and

` 1 WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Breath of Life Church has made formal
application for a variance effective August 28, 2005 from 4 : 00
p.m. to 6: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Breath of Life Church for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on August 28,
- 2005 from 4 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00 p.m. in conjunction with a Christian
-^ band performing in Lafayette Park, located at the corner of
Lafayette and 18th Streets, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2005 .
