RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH KIRKHAM
MICHAEL CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING
s n EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o -that the Agreement dated August 22, 2005, in the amount of
$8, 000 . 00, in conjunction with construction inspection services
— _relating to the construction of traffic safety improvements at the
c --intersection of University Avenue at Ansborough Avenue, by and
_between Kirkham Michael Consulting Engineers of Urbandale, Iowa,
c and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
- 7approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2005 .
