A.) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the contract of Aspro, Inc. and Subsidiaries of Waterloo,
o-' C -ICva, for the 2005 Byrnes Tennis Complex Renovation Project, in
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
< -Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk as of the

C =22 day of August, 2005, together with the accompanying bond for
� ,±h_e faithful performance of said contract signed by the North
American Specialty Insurance Company, Manchester, New Hampshire,
