RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH JOHNSON
s J CONTROLS, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
err SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
r✓ that the Agreement dated August 22, 2005, in the amount of
$360, 925 . 00, in conjunction with Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
C= Center Facility Improvement, Phase II, by and between Johnson
c Controls, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
n PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2005 .
