j 7 RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTERS FROM BERENS-TATE
s CONSULTING GROUP.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the letters from Berens-Tate Consulting Group of Omaha,
Nebraska regarding completed arbitrage testing for nine general
N obligation and sewer revenue bond issues, be and the same are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2005.
