RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT

�, - GEOLOGICAL SURVEY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Joint Funding Agreement dated August 22, 2005, in
1ohjunction with operation and maintenance of River Gage Station
Tat_ 6th Street and depth measurement of river diffuser at Easton
Avenue Treatment Facility, by and between U. S. Department of the
_ -Interior, U. S. Geological Survey and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
�e and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
