c ? I WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
,. _, :,: Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file plans,
;,`specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , for the construction of the Installation of Outdoor Warning
a Sirens, TRF-117-06, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
vnthe specifications, and
— WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
H � estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
r:, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
v - hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 2005.
