BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
< A FOLLOWS:
r Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
: shall:: meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 6th day of September, 2005,
-fo the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
- specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Installation of Outdoor Warning Sirens, TRF-117-06, in the City of
-Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore.

Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
v notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
