(MDA) ON SEPTEMBER 2-4, 2005 FROM 10 : 00 A.M.

N 3 CA AND E. 3RD STREETS, ANSBOROUGH AND DOWNING
_ 4- AVENUES, KIMBALL AND RIDGEWAY AVENUES AND
LAPORTE ROAD AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND

LAPORTE ROAD AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE.
.Ns WHEREAS, it has been the tradition of Waterloo Firefighters
Lo al -*66 to help the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) with an
- Annual- Boot Block, and
WHEREAS, said Waterloo Firefighters Local #66 is requesting
that- said Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Boot Block be held
September 2-4, 2005 from 10 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. at the
intersections of Franklin and E. 3rd Streets, Ansborough and
- Downing Avenues, Kimball and Ridgeway Avenues and LaPorte Road
and ,San Marnan Drive and September 5, 2005 at the intersection of
Lapdrte Road and San Marnan Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Waterloo Firefighters Local #66
requests to hold Annual Boot Block for Muscular Dystrophy
Association (MDA) September 2-4, 2005 from 10 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00
p.m. at the intersections of Franklin and E. 3rd Streets,
Ansborough and Downing Avenues, Kimball and Ridgeway Avenues and
LaPorte Road and San Marnan Drive and September 5, 2005 at the
intersection of LaPorte Road and San Marnan Drive, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
