RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
s n SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
s COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE

• INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR WARNING SIRENS, TRF-
117-06.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
' heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
s-aid- City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
" O tact, etc. , for the Installation of Outdoor Warning Sirens,
T-RF"-117-06, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
- , 'WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for -the Installation of Outdoor Warning Sirens, TRF-117-06, which
were preliminarily approved on August 22, 2005, and
.WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
6,_2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Installation of Outdoor Warning
Sirens, TRF-117-06, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005 .
