SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED

v WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hie e ofore instructed the Director of Waterloo Housing Authority
of_ said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
eont-fact, etc. , for the Ridgeway Towers/Boiler Installation
4 ro} ct, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

` WHEREAS, said Director of Waterloo Housing Authority did file
)arlc preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for --,the Ridgeway Towers/Boiler Installation Project, which were
pryliminarily approved on August 8, 2005, and
:T .2 WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
0, 2-005, and no objections were made.

s s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Ridgeway Towers/Boiler
Installation Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
