a' � � w That the bid of Frickson Brothers Excavating of Evansdale,
= tSoa, in the amount of $36, 000 . 00, for the General Obligation Bond
Demolition Contract, Contract No. 139-D-GO-08-19-05, described in
e plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
_^ fo* said project, after public hearing on published notice
7 rq euired by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
est bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
dotract with the said contractor for the construction of said
t pinprovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
