j s RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH FRICKSON
s s BROTHERS EXCAVATING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
s OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated September 6, 2005, in the amount of
$36, 000 . 000, in conjunction with General Obligation Bond
Demolition Contract, Contract No. 139-D-GO-08-19-05, by and
between Frickson Brothers Excavating of Evansdale, Iowa, and the
M City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
