RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ARAMARK

UNIFORM SERVICES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
`i BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Agreement dated September 6, 2005, in conjunction with
tawels, mats, mops, and other supplies for Leisure Services
operations, by and between Aramark Uniform Services of Waterloo,

— Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
