BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
f thzat the Agreement dated September 6, 2005, in the amount of
$3k900. 00, in conjunction with performing Phase I Environmental
00 ie Assessment of the former Rath Administration, Maintenance and
Cobper Buildings, by and between Howard R. Green Company of Cedar
Raids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
Yee teby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
