ti BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o tlt the Agreement dated September 6, 2005, in the amount of
I$2= 200. 00, to complete Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of
' ±he intersection of Mullan Avenue and Commercial Street in
conjunction with the Riverfront Renaissance Vision Iowa Program,
by- and between Terracon Company of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City
qf- Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
,Walterloo, Iowa.
- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
