s RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOWARD R.
GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 6, 2005, in the amount of
-$3, 800. 00, to prepare an Iowa Department of Economic Development
41-DED) Brownfield Redevelopment Program Application for the Rath
Brownfields Area, by and between Howard R. Green Company of Cedar
w Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
b&-ialf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
