s EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Agreement dated September 6, 2005, for a Historic
Resource Development Program (HRDP) grant, in the amount of
i3 , 500 . 00, with required local match of $12, 500 . 00, in
(A conjunction with developing a Comprehensive Historic Preservation
Plan, by and between State Historical Society of Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
