PLAT AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF DEEDS REPLAT
BLOCK 17, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
N -- HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, on this 6th day of September, 2005, at a regular
beefing of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
'c -Preliminary Plat of Deeds Replat Block 17, Waterloo, Black Hawk
,County, Iowa, was presented for approval; and

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
?and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
PL.ogramming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
bould receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
cfil OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Deeds Replat
:lock 17, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolutions .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005 .
