RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WRIGHT
EXPRESS FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION.

J BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 6, 2005, in conjunction with
c providing charge card type service for fueling and maintenance
type items for the Law Enforcement Intelligence Network (LEIN)
R -vehicles, by and between Wright Express Financial Services
Corporation of Salt Lake City, Utah, and the City of Waterloo,
'Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
