RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
s t77, TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
^ AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c th t the Professional Services Agreement dated September 6, 2005,
a:tTa cost not to exceed $11, 500 . 00, in conjunction with master
plan development for the East Side Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, by
CO and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Wad erloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
1-owa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2005.
