" r- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

y That the bid of Waterloo Boiler Company of Waterloo, Iowa, in
T the'e _amount of $107, 536. 00, for the construction of the Ridgeway
'owe:rs/Boiler Installation Project, described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
-prTject, after public hearing on published notice required by law,
-bc and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received
Ifar said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
ontract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
-approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2005 .
