c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 12, 2005, for Section 108/BEDI
$Brownfields Economic Development Initiative) grant, in the amount
w o_f_$8, 220, 000. 00, in conjunction with Section 108 loan to be used
tb,;encourage redevelopment of the Rath Area, by and between U. S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2005.
