ro that the Offer to Buy Agreement dated September 12, 2005, in the
a amunt of $190, 000. 00, plus approximately $5, 000 . 00 in closing and
incidental costs, in conjunction with purchasing the Tru-Green
Lawn Care property located at 327 West Third Street, by and

Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
