J H CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR

• THE ARTS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4, 226, 020 . 00 .

s -7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Cardinal Construction of Waterloo, Iowa, in
die amount of $4, 226, 020. 00, for the construction of the Youth
.avilion Project - Waterloo Center For The Arts, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project, after public hearing on published notice required by
— Jaw, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
— I received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
7 contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
;v , approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2005.
