s J PAVILION PROJECT - WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE
< ARTS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
J -._. -that the contract of Cardinal Construction of Waterloo, Iowa, for
4 C : .the Youth Pavilion Project - Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the
city of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 15th day of
c September, 2005, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Company (Mutual) , Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
-and the same are hereby approved.
