RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
s t- < BIDDING DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
s H . COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
J SEWER MAINTENANCE FLUSHER TRUCK FOR WASTE

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hetofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
4 r•ices of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bidding
C Tig'cUment, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Sewer
4 ai-ntenance Flusher Truck for Waste Management Services, in the
Ek4 of Waterloo, Iowa, and
V WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services did
7f said preliminary specifications, bidding document, form of
tract, etc. , for the Purchase of Sewer Maintenance Flusher
rink for Waste Management Services, which were preliminarily
.,approved on August 15, 2005, and
C WHEREAS, a
npublic hearing, upon notice, was held on September
71 , ;2005, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bidding
document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Sewer
Maintenance Flusher Truck for Waste Management Services, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 2005.
