RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
s PURCHASE OF SEWER MAINTENANCE FLUSHER TRUCK

FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-849, specifications, bidding
-document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Sewer
-Maintenance Flusher Truck for Waste Management Services, in the
00 pity of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
ri -Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA ERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is-.- so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
approved.
