ti RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
ACQUISITION CONTRACTS TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
- TO THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
CERTAIN DEEDS.

' — WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all the parcels
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

- WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels
ice'_ necessary to carry out redevelopment in the Riverfront
Renaissance Plan.
E: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
e'I?IY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcels
fereinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
Ha- wk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
behalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
eaxisummate the agreement to purchase the properties from the
qw iers thereof, and the deeds for the conveyance of the same are
also accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to
pa,y for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary to
fhe consummation of the sales from City funds .
